This Privacy Policy applies to the website https://www.zenitapp.in/ and related pages (collectively, the “Website”).  The privacy policy applicable to the ZEN-it mobile application (the “App”), is available on the App (the “App Privacy Policy”) and on the Website, here.

Our customers’ trust is important to us. We do not share any Personal Data with any third parties for their use.

We reserve the right to ask for reasonable evidence to verify your identity before we provide you with information. Where we are not able to provide you the information that you have asked for, or to carry out your request, we will explain the reason for this.

International Data transfers

We rely on third-party service providers such as Wix and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and data processing. These providers may transfer and process your data in data centres located in the USA and the European Union (EU). In addition, some of our service providers, such as Google Analytics, may transfer data to data centres located in the USA.

 

Unless you provide your email address in any section of the Website (when this is enabled), we only collect, transfer and Process Analytics Data in one of these locations.

Where personal data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions under GDPR, to protect your personal data.
